Q: What is your sample policy?
A: If just to check the quality, we could send out some pieces of the product for free. If send the samples as your requests, you should pay for the sample cost as your sample requests. And please be notice, by our company policy, the sample freight fee should be paid by customer.

Q: What is your normal MOQ and the pricing tiers?
A:Our MOQ is according customers packing requirements. Price is based on we know the details such as the material, size, how many pcs per pack and packing type. Normally is 40'HQ. For our first cooperation, your small order is acceptable.
Q: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?
A:Generally, the stock sample will take 2-5 day, the making sample will take 10-25 days after received your sample fee. The production lead time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
